The last Gym Wars of 2011 is here and Larry Blackwell and a somewhat hesitant to appear on camera Matthew Theall are here to tell us all about the upcoming action.

We have three big matches for Northern California Wrestling fans this week on All Pro Wrestling Gym Wars.

We start off the show with the APW debut of Sir Samurai, one of the more popular wrestlers in Northern California. He makes his debut in the Historic APW Garage against the monster of the TheAll Stars, Damien Grundy.

APW Pioneer and former APW Tag Team Champion, Boyce Legrande, continues his comeback toward All Pro wrestling gold as he takes on another veteran of California Wrestling, Billy Blade. Both men are on a quest to capture a singles title in 2012. Who will continue forward and who will trip-up on this quest.

The main event has the return of Timothy Thatcher. He has been sidelined with a shoulder injury for many months, an injury inflicted by the Carnival of Shadows. For almost the entire year, Jeckles, Corvus, Omega and Blackwell have targeted the shoulder of Thatcher. In September he captured the APW Universal Heavyweight Title, but the Carnival damaged his shoulder so bad, he hasn’t been medically cleared to wrestle until now. Standing in his way for the Universal Heavyweight Championship is Corvus, The Puppet Master of the Carnival of Shadows. He is ruthless and doesn’t care about anyone or anything. He is in the ring to hurt you and put you out of what he calls his house, APW.

After a 10 month absence in All Pro Wrestling, “Rock Legend Scum” Adam Thornstowe RETURNS to APW to take on one of his strongest rivals in professional wrestling, Timothy Thatcher.

Whether or not the stories behind Thornstowe’s departure from All Pro Wrestling in early 2011 are true, the only headline that the APW Faithful across the country are concerned about is Thornstowe Returns to Challenge Thatcher!

On Twitter, Thornstowe had this to say about his reinstatement: “I’m happy to announce that I am back with All Pro Wrestling, and excited for the opportunity and humbled by their kindness. Stay tuned.”

But upon his return to the APW Ring, Thornstowe is met with one of the toughest challenges of his career, and one he has had some difficulty overcoming in the past. The last time Thornstowe and Thatcher tied up in the center of the APW ring, it was Thatcher who walked away with the victory, after Thornstowe threw his entire repertoire of maneuvers at the British Messiah.

In the 10 months that Thornstowe has been away, Timothy Thatcher has rose in the ranks and captured the APW Universal Heavyweight Championship, only to be forced to give it up it a short time later due to injury. And now that Thatcher has made Corvus, the man responsible for the shoulder injury that put Thatcher on the shelf for months, tap out to the Thatcher Stretch, Timothy Thatcher has decided to put his quest to regain the Universal Championship on hold to have the opportunity to grapple with the “Rock Legend Scum” once again.

This match will take place on January 14, 2012 at the World Famous APW Garage in Hayward, CA!

A service in memory of Mark “Bison” Smith, best known for being one of the top names in Pro Wrestling NOAH since 2001, will be held on Wednesday in Fresno, CA, at the Belmont Country Club at Noon.  In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations to be made in Mark’s name to the American Heart Association or the Crippled Children’s Foundation.
